Filtering 1.6 billion liters of water per day – 640 olympic swimming pools
8 million Oysters and 375 million new swimming creatures weighing 500 tonnes from almost 500 species
10 new seasonal jobs for fishermen and coastal communities
Improving feeding habitat of more than 20 wading bird species including those of international importance
Managing 2.5 tonnes of nitrogen a year with an estimated 100-900 tonnes of carbon stored in shells, living biomass and additional nitrous oxide impact (not all verified pathways)

Oyster Heaven is excited to announce the launch of “Adopt a Mother Reef”, a new initiative developed in response to public interest in supporting their oyster restoration efforts.
Through this campaign, people can adopt one of Oyster Heaven’s Mother Reefs, the specially designed clay bricks that help baby oysters settle and thrive
Oyster Heaven is trots om aan te kondigen dat de vergunningen voor Project Asta, het eerste oester herstelproject in het Veerse Meer, zijn goedgekeurd. Op deze locatie zal Oyster Heaven een grootschalig oesterrif aanleggen met 4 miljoen jonge oesters, waarmee een belangrijke stap wordt gezet in het herstel van oesterriffen in dit gebied.
Oyster Heaven is pleased to announce the approval of the licence for Project Asta, its first oyster restoration site in the Veerse Meer, a location where the company will be deploying a large-scale oyster reef to restore 4 million oysters.
